迪斯尼集團簡介
  迪斯尼公司創立于1922年，由華特迪士尼(Walt D. Disney)及其哥哥羅伊迪士尼(Roy O. Disney)創建，當時叫做迪士尼兄弟工作室(Disney Brothers Studio)，后來更名為華特迪士尼制作公司(Walt Disney Productions)，在1986年2月6日，正是更名為現在的華特迪士尼公司(The Walt Disney Company)。 經過多年的發展成為一個成功的跨國集團，其業務涉及電影、主題公園、房地產以及其他娛樂事業等多個領域。目前，迪斯尼已經發展成為一個技術系統，不僅包括硬件、設施、機器和過程，而且包括把這一切聯系起來的運輸、傳播和信息網絡以及高效運作的大批雇員和一系列規章制度。

國際玩具業協會（以下簡稱ICTI）是一個由世界不同國家/地區玩具商協會組成的聯合商會，以各屬會會員公司代表的身份，力倡玩具廠的經營務須達到合法、安全、合衛生的社會要求。ICTI主張玩具廠要堅持三大原則：一是『三不用』－－不用未適齡童工、不用強迫勞工、不用囚工*；二是『四不拘』－－不拘性別、不拘種族、不拘宗教、不拘社團歸屬；三是工廠奉守環保法規。非會員公司為會員公司承制產品，有關的供貨合約亦須訂明供貨公司必須堅守這三大原則。

ICTI的職責是以會員公司為對象，進行傳知、教育和調查，務求各會員公司均遵守ICTI的《商業行為守則》。ICTI作為一個商會，亦會以行動鼓勵當地政府和國家政府實施關于工資、工時和工廠安全衛生的法規。
