  德國RESY環保回收再生系統標志（Recycle System） 1991年7月2日，由德國瓦楞紙工業總會、包裝及瓦楞紙聯盟及貴重原料再生公司聯盟共同決議，建立再生系統回收制度，創設在生系統公司（RESY Gmbh），并于1991年12月1日開始提供銷售業界一套以回收及再生紙類、瓦楞紙類等的運輸包裝及二次包裝廢棄物廢棄物的再生系統，稱為「RESY」（Recycle System）回收系統。 再生系統公司（RESYGmbH）為RESY標志所有人，得授權國內外，以紙類、硬紙板類制造運輸包裝及二次包裝的廠商，及銷售此包裝的廠商（即:標志使用人）使用此標志。

RESY OfW GmbH agrees to notify the contracting party of any adjustments to
occur in annual fees in ensuing years at least three (3) calendar months prior to
expiry of this agreement. Said adjusted annual fees shall become part of this
agreement, provided that the contracting par§ having been promptly notified of
said adjustment, fails to terminate this agreement as stated above.
RESY OfW GmbH may terminate the trademark agreement for cause. This shall
apply especially if the contracting party does not pay its fees or if it provides false
data about the respective weights or if it grossly fails to meet the terms of reference
for the respective packaging (including the requirements as per ltem 2.) or if it
misuses the RESY symbol.
Continued usage of the "RESY" symbol on shipping containers/packagings
subsequent to expiry or termination of this agreement is expressly prohibited.
Exempt here from shall be any shipping containers and packagings that shall have
already been placed into circulation prior to expiry or termination of this agreement
