一、ZS-110/6概述
    高壓支柱絕緣子適應于高壓電站、變電站配電裝置及電器設備中、作導電部分的絕緣和支持使用。高壓支柱絕緣子可分為戶內支柱、戶外棒型支柱絕緣子及戶

外針式支柱絕緣子。按額定電壓可分為 6 、 10 、 20 、 35 、 110 、 220 、 330 、 500KV 等級。

二、ZS-110/6型號說明
　1. 戶內支柱絕緣子
　Z —戶內外膠裝支柱絕緣子
　ZN —戶內內膠裝支柱絕緣子
　Gy —戶內聯合膠裝支柱絕緣子
外膠裝型后的 A 、 B 、 C 、 D 表示機械破壞負等等級（ KN ） Y 、 T 、 F 表示下金屬附件的形狀。內膠裝、聯合膠裝型號后的分數，其分子為額定電壓（ KV ），分母為機械破壞負荷（ KV ）。
　2. 戶外支柱絕緣子
　ZP —戶外針式支柱絕緣子，型號后 A 、 B 、 C 、 D 表示機械破壞負荷（ KN ）
　ZS —戶外實心棒形支柱絕緣子
　ZSX —懸掛安裝使用的戶外實心棒形支柱絕緣子
　ZC —戶外操作棒形支柱絕緣子
　ZSW —耐污型戶外實心棒式支柱絕緣子，型號后 1 、 2 、 3……. 為設計序號。
戶外棒式支柱絕緣子破折號的分數，其分子為額定電壓（ KV ），分母為彎曲破壞負荷（ KV ）。分數后的破折后的數字為污穢等級，不用分數表示的，其型號后第一個數字為總高（ mm ），第二個數字為彎曲破壞負荷（ KN ）。
　L —上、下附件安裝孔為螺孔， K —上、下附件安裝孔均勻為孔，（一般情況 K 不表示）。
三、ZS-110/6技術標準
　高壓支柱絕緣子符合國標 GB8287 《高壓支柱絕緣子》、 GB12744 《耐污型戶外棒形支柱瓷絕緣子》之規定。
