實際應用發現，使用傳統的非隔離穩壓電源供電的系統，常常受到各種干擾，如浪涌、靜電等，導致電路不能正常工作或系統不穩定、數據傳輸的誤碼率高，甚至出現故障損壞等。
為提高系統的穩定性及可靠性，建議客戶在設計工控類產品的前級電源時，盡量選擇帶隔離的電源模塊；在工作環境較好，要求不高的場合，系統前級電源可選擇非隔離的電源模塊。
（2）方案推薦一：采用帶隔離的寬壓輸入電源模塊寬電壓輸入系列DC-DC模塊，轉換效率高，高低溫度特性好，帶容性負載能力強，具有完善的保護功能，可持續短路，標準引腳方式，UL94-V0阻燃封裝，自然冷卻，無需外加散熱片，無需外加元件可直接使用，可直接焊在PCB板上。電路結構為閉環反饋系統，內部框圖如圖 1.1所示。特別適合于DC輸入的系統前級供電
不需要隔離措施，可選擇寬壓輸入非隔離輸出的電源模塊，其內部框圖如圖1.3所示。使用時，根據實際需要，可在模塊的輸入端安裝絲、瞬態保護二極管和防止輸入電壓反接的保護二極管，可以有效防止電路反接、輸入瞬態過壓和因模塊失效造成輸入端的短路。建議絲選用熔斷時間小于10ms、額定電流大于2倍模塊輸入電流的慢速絲。
