        系統工作流程分析

        設備具體工作流程如下:

        人工上料→⑵氣缸壓緊夾緊→⑶按下啟動按鈕,等待機器人焊接→⑷焊接完畢氣缸松開→(5)取下工件

        以上動作循環操作。本設備采用雙工作臺雙工位焊接,在焊接的期間另外工位上下料確保設備高效率運轉。

        工裝夾具說明

        在非標工作臺上,依靠有兩個定位銷和兩個直角定位塊精準的限制了工件的平面位置,依靠四個轉角氣缸的壓緊,

        確保了工件的定位準確,并使得工件裝夾的重復性,穩定性得到保證。

        一個工件要焊接的地方有2處,每處焊接所需要的時間大約為3s         正信激光服務承諾

        東莞市正信激光科技有限公司堅持以客戶為中心,為貴公司提供完善的安裝、調試、培訓、維修等售前和售后服務。

        1.  售前服務

        簽訂合同前,公司為客戶提供各種生產工藝方案,提供激光設備的技術咨詢、樣品試樣,設備選型等服務。

        2.  安裝調試

        我公司依據合同,免費在規定的時間內將設備安全運往用戶指定的安裝地點,并派技術服務工程師現場安裝,調試確保

        設備可以正常使用。

        3.  售后培訓

        公司提供免費技術培訓,安裝調試完畢后,在買方現場或賣方國內培訓維修中心對買方操作人員進行不少于 3 天的技術

        培訓,直至操作人員達到基本正常使用該設備為止,主要的培訓內容如下:

        常用繪圖軟件的使用培訓;

        焊接控制軟件的使用培訓;

        開關機操作規程培訓;

        面板及軟件控制參數的意義,參數選擇范圍的培訓;

        機器的基本清潔處理和保養;

        常見硬件故障處理;

        操作中應注意的問題;

        除此之外還為用戶提供其所生產產品的相關技術支持。

        提供定期上門服務,檢查機器的運行情況;

        客戶服務的響應時間在48小時之內;

        當設備保修期滿后,終身提供維修服務,只針對配件收成本費;
