與奧氏體不銹鋼相比,強度高且耐晶間腐蝕和耐氯化物應力腐蝕有明顯提高。雙相不銹鋼具有優良的耐孔蝕性能,也是一種節鎳不銹鋼。雙相不銹鋼的連續使用溫度范圍為-5℃-6℃。熱加工溫度應不低于95℃。雙相不銹鋼簡介雙相不銹鋼是指它的微觀組織是由鐵素體相和奧氏體相二組成的材料,二相各約占5%。在實際使用中其中一相約在4-6%之間較為合適。根據兩相組織的特點,通過正確控制化學成分和熱處理工藝,將奧氏體不銹鋼所具有的優良韌性和焊接性與鐵素體不銹鋼所具有的較高強度和耐氯化物應力腐刨性能結合在一起,使雙相不銹鋼成為一類集優良的耐腐蝕、高強度和易于加工制造等諸多優異性能于一身的鋼種。

U、D鍵分別代表增加和減小當前數值或進行參數選擇,在手動操作中代表向上或向下指令。S為切換鍵,可以改變當前輸入焦點,配合U、D鍵,可以很方便的實現任意數字的輸入。在電機控制算法上采用PID調節,避免了超調、振蕩的發生,同時可選直接比例控制和比例+步進控制等控制方式,使系統能適用不同類型的電機。系統的軟件設計使得可隨時調整閥門兩端位置,只要調整好限位開關后作一次自整定(S鍵同時按下1s)即可,極大地方便了用戶。
