解析單梁起重機
單梁起重機作為物料搬運機械中最主要的一種，它具有一個橋架形承載結構的起重機，它依靠起升機構和在水平面內兩個相互垂直方向作平移運動的運行結構，能在長方形空間內搬運貨物。被廣泛的應用于機械制造車間、冶金車間、石油、石化、港口、鐵路、民航、電站、造紙、建材、電子等行業的車間、倉庫、料場等。具有外形尺寸緊湊、建筑凈空高度低、自重輕、輪壓小等優點。
單梁起重機根據結構可分橋式起重機、門式起重機、電動單梁起重機及懸掛起重機。根據主梁結構為桁架梁、箱型梁、蜂窩梁三種。
電動單梁主要型號有LDA型電動單梁起重機、LX型電動懸掛單梁起重機，CXT型單梁橋式起重機，MDG型單梁門式起重機，單梁抓斗起重機及歐式電動單梁起重機等。

1起重量：是指起重機安全工作能容許的最大起吊貨物的質量，它代表一臺起重機吊載能力的大小。
2跨度和懸臂伸距：軌道式單梁門式起重機的跨度是指起重機行走的軌道中心線的距離。懸臂伸距是指兩側軌道中心線分別至懸臂端吊具中心線之間的距離。
3起升高度：吊具底部平面至地面的距離。
4工作速度：單梁起重機結構工作速度根據作業要求而定。額定起升速度是起重機構電動機在額定轉速或油泵輸出額定流量時取物裝置滿載起升的速度。
